Employee Laptop Policy

Full-time Faculty and Administrators - Full-time faculty and administrators of the College may request either a wireless-enabled laptop or a traditional desktop to support their college-related computer needs. These requests will be solicited as part of the regular four-year computer replacement cycle for returning full-time faculty and administrators, or at the time of initial appointment for new, full-time faculty and administrators.

Other Employees - Other employees may be provided a laptop when job responsibilities require it upon approval of the supervising general officer and the vp/information technology in consultation with the vp/controller, vp/administration and vp/academic affairs.

Note - The College provides a mouse to laptop users who desire one but external displays and keyboards are not provided except under special circumstances.
