I plan to apply for admission for 2015. What is the process?
Applicants for 2015 should apply with The Common Application. LVC offers an Early Decision option and rolling admission. Details about the process will be posted in early August.
When is the application deadline?
What are the minimum admission requirements?
Fall Term: July 1, 2014 (students must report to campus on or before August 15, 2014)
Spring Term: December 1, 2014 (students must report to campus on or before January 6, 2015)
What is the institutional code for Lebanon Valley College for the SAT and TOEFL exam?
What are the TOEFL, IELTS, STEP Eiken, SAT, and GPA scores required for admission?
TOEFL = 80
IELTS = 6.5
STEP Eiken = Grade 1
SAT = optional
GPA = 3.0 or a B average
Are grants or scholarships available for international students?
Yes, all international students receive an automatic International Student Grant, currently worth $11,633. Some students may also qualify for additional international student scholarships of $2,000 or $3,000.
Can I get a full scholarship?
Lebanon Valley College does not offer full scholarships for international students.
Can I qualify for any additional financial aid?
There is no additional financial aid available at this time.
What forms are required for financial aid?
The Certification of Financial Support form and supporting bank statements.
What standardized/English testing is required or accepted?
TOEFL, IELTS, or STEP Eiken
Do I have to take the TOEFL, IELTS, or STEP Eiken if my education was conducted in English?
Can international students work on campus?
Yes, students with an F-1 visa are permitted to work on campus. Jobs are available in a variety of academic and administrative departments on campus. Students are paid per hour and may work a maximum of 20 hours per week. Paychecks are issued once per month to the student.

Is there an application fee for international students?
No, Lebanon Valley College offers a free application for all international students.
Do we accept applicants for the spring semester?
Yes, applications for the spring semester are due by December 1, 2014.
How do I know when my application is complete?
You will be notified by mail and email if required materials are missing from your application. Completed applications are reviewed and admission decisions are sent within 4–6 weeks by FedEx or DHL. You may contact the Office of Admission to inquire about the status of your application.
