Administrators and support-staff who are required to work during any of these holiday time periods are entitled to compensatory time off as mutually agreed on by the entitled individual and the supervisor.
During the period of Monday, May 18, 2009 through Friday, August 14, 2009, most campus office hours will change to a modified schedule, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a half-hour lunch break. Individuals who wish to remain on the regular schedule 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break may do so.
The same modified hours will be in effect Monday, December 13, 2009, through Wednesday, December 23, 2009.
