Labor Day – Monday, September 3, 2012
(Classes are in session on Labor Day; offices are required to provide coverage.)

Thanksgiving Holiday – Thursday, November 22, and Friday, November 23, 2012

Christmas Holiday – Monday, December 24, 2012 through Tuesday, January 1, 2013
(For 2012 / 2013, this includes two paid holidays - December 25 and January 1; and five days of mandatory vacation time from December 24-31 inclusive)

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day – Monday, January 21, 2013
(Students are on campus; offices are required to provide coverage.)

Good Friday – Friday, March 29, 2013

Memorial Day –Monday, May 27, 2013

Administrators and support-staff who are required to work during any of these holiday time periods are entitled to compensatory time off as mutually agreed upon by the entitled individual and the supervisor.

*During the period Monday, May 14, 2012, through Friday, Aug. 17, 2012, most campus office hours will change to a modified schedule, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a half-hour lunch break. Individuals who wish to remain on the regular schedule 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break may do so.

*The same modified hours will be in effect Monday, December 17, 2012, through Friday, December 21, 2012 and Wednesday, January 2, 2013 through Friday, January 11, 2013.
