2012-2013 Year in Review
During fiscal year 2012-2013 (July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013), Lebanon Valley College received gifts totaling $3,079,523 from 4,004 generous alumni, parents, and friends of the College.

The Valley Fund
The Valley Fund raised a total of $945,094, exceeding its goal of $900,000 for the first time in 10 or more years. The Valley Fund total was comprised of $792,861 for unrestricted purposes and $152,233 in restricted support for financial aid and academic programs. Additionally, unrestricted bequests and in-kind contributions accounted for an additional $204,525.
In total, 2,438 alumni supported LVC in fiscal year 2013. This figure represents a 16.2 percent alumni participation rate, down from 16.5 percent in fiscal year 2012.
The Thomas Rhys Vickroy Society
Leadership Donors of $1,000+ provided $1.45 million or 47 percent of all contributions.
Team booster efforts raised more than $103,000 for Dutchmen Athletics.
Scholarships, Awards, and Prizes
During the 2013 fiscal year, seven new endowed scholarships and two new endowed awards were established. In addition, two new current-use scholarships were created. Current-use funds address the immediate need of eliminating the financial burden for our students.
Bequests and Trust Income
Total Bequest and Trust giving for the year amounted to more than $718,000. Of that total nearly $400,000 was designated for specific scholarships and specified purposes, while more than $318,000 was unrestricted or in support of current operations.
