Student Employment Payroll Information

In order to be paid for student employment at Lebanon Valley College:

  • Get an I-9 and W-4 form from your supervisor or from the Payroll Office in Humanities 108. You only need to complete these forms one time while you are a student worker at Lebanon Valley College.

  • Complete the I-9 and W-4 and return them to the Payroll Office with photocopies of the appropriate identification, as listed on the back of the I-9 form. Most commonly used ID's are your LVC student ID or drivers license and social security card.*

  • If you are employed in an off-campus community service position, you must complete the appropriate contracts and return them to Dottie Brehm in the Financial Aid Office.

  • Pay Schedules are available in Humanities 108 or on LVC’s website.
  • Follow your employer's instructions about keeping your time sheet.

  • Student payroll occurs monthly. You may have direct deposit of your paycheck if you complete a direct deposit enrollment form with your bank’s routing number and your account number. If you do not use this option, you may pick up your paycheck in Humanities, Room 108, on the scheduled day. You must have a photo ID such as your LVC ID or drivers license. Checks are mailed to the students’ home addresses if not picked up within one week of payday.
  • Cash your check at the Fulton Bank in Annville or at your own banking institution.

* International Students can work in an on-campus position if they get a social security number. For more information contact the Venus Ricks, Director of Multicultural Affairs at 867-6165.
