Work orders can be generated by sending an e-mail message to Facilities Services,
by completing an on-line work order or by submitting a traditional paper work order
form through regular campus mail.
From 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays (7:00 am to 3:30 pm during the summer), contact
Facilities Services by telephone at extension 6340 or 867-6340.
After hours, call Security at extension 6111 or 867-6111 to report a problem requiring
immediate attention. Security will contact the appropriate person "on call". Personnel
from Maintenance, Housekeeping and Grounds are available to respond to emergencies
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Note: On Saturday and Sunday there is a housekeeper on campus for emergencies. Call
Security for assistance.
