Recent hurricanes have devastated the Caribbean and the U.S. detroying vast amounts of infrastructure and leaving many residents displaced. Our goal is to assemble as many hygiene kits as we can! UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) will distribute them throughout the affected areas. We are collecting the following items:

  • Hand towels, 15"x25" to 17"x27" (kitchen, cleaning, and microfiber NOT accepted)
  • washclothes
  • toothbrushes (adult size only - do not remove from original packaging)
  • adhesive bandages (3/4" to 1" - common household band-aids)
  • bath-size soap (3 oz. and larger sizes only - no Ivory or Jengens soap due to moisture content)
  • combs (sturdy and longer than 6" - no pocket combs or picks)
  • metal nail files or nail clippers (no emery boards please)
  • gallon size zip-lock plastic bags
