Music Business

Every performer needs an audience. With a music business degree from LVC, you'll gain the skills in marketing, production, and management needed to bring acts to center stage.

You’ll work in the industry while you’re still a student—gaining experience that will set you up to work for a record label or a touring company or in events management. For musicians interested in our music program, a music business concentration provides valuable insight on how the industry works. If you’d like to broaden your skills in marketing and production, consider double-majoring in Digital Communications. Need-based departmental scholarships are available for students who qualify.

Lebanon Valley College is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM), 11250 Roger Bacon Drive, Suite 21, Reston, VA 20190-5248; Telephone: 703-437-0700, info@arts-accredit.org

In Their Words

Miguel Santiago ’24, audio music production
I learned so much about being a leader, the music business, and business in general through my time with VALE Music Group. I was also able to gain and maintain a lot of industry connections which I still use today, and led me into my first job out of college.
