Mund Dining Hall Stations

Learn more about the many station options available in Mund Dining Hall below. With eight stations available at lunch and dinner, there's plenty to choose from for a well-balance meal.

Daybreakers at Signature Entrées
Fresh prepared breakfast items including scrambled eggs, french toast or pancakes, bacon, sausage, potatoes and hot cereal are available daily.

Main Plate at Signature Entrées

During breakfast, lunch and dinner, we offer a wide selection of items including classic favorites prepared with flair, trendy gourmet selections, specialty sandwiches, and much, much more.

Villa Toscana at Brick Oven Pizza and Pasta
During lunch and dinner we offer a variety of featured items made-to-order. The fresh Italian specialties include: hand prepared Stromboli and calzones, fresh pasta dishes, such as lasagna and buffalo chicken pasta, and fresh dough pizzas made in our brick oven. Want a pizza party call us at 717.867.6685 and place a takeout order for pickup. Gluten-Free pizza is available upon request. In order to place an order for gluten-free pizza, please notify the dining hall when placing your order.

Bravo!
During most meals we cook-to-order many items right in front of our students, providing a customized meal. This fun presentation is very popular. Some of our most popular cook-to-order items include: Items from our "Foods of the World" concept such as Mandarin Stir Fry Bar, Vegetarian Stir Fry, Asian noodle bowl, and Chopped Salad Cuisine. Omelets are prepared fresh daily at breakfast with your choice of the freshest ingredients.  Metz has also introduced "Fusion Street."  This new concept features street food items traditionally served in the growing trends of food trucks.  However, our offerings feature a fusion of flavors with a flair.

Green Scene and DuJour at the Soup and Salad Bar 
Our staff prepares homemade soups for you to enjoy while complementing our salad bar. Our array of soups includes hearty, healthy, and vegetarian delights. Farm to Table Fare is what we bring with mixed greens, fresh garden vegetables, freshly prepared salads, and assorted dressings will please the taste buds. Many Gluten-Free options and vegetarian choices are available at each meal.


Market Street Deli at LVC Deli

During lunch and dinner, we offer a wide variety of fresh toppings, select meats and cheeses, tuna, egg and chicken salad, and an assortment of fresh baked breads, rolls, and wraps. All items in the Deli are made-to-order and heated in our Panini press or turbo chef oven. Gluten-Free breads available upon request. Try our daily sandwich feature for something different!  

Live Well and Gluten-Free at Cuisine
"Cuisine" is designed for those looking for healthier dining options and offers a variety of freshly prepared nutritious gourmet items including a vegetarian-based protein selection, lean proteins, complex carbohydrate choices, and culinary creations form around the world. A carving station is available here on most days. All items are prepared Gluten-Free (food items have no processed wheat). Find other Gluten-Free items in our Gluten-Free Zone. Check out the "Live Well" menu board to get your healthy dining tip of the day! 

J. Clark's Grille at the Dutchmen Grill
The Dutchmen Grill is offered at lunch and dinner. The food is prepared right in front of our students on our char-broiler and griddle. Here you will find freshly prepared grilled items including fresh patted ground beef hamburgers, quesadillas, french fries and other daily sandwich features.

Baked Impressions
Come enjoy our fresh delicious treats from our in-house bakery! All of our bakery items are homemade and baked fresh daily by our very own pastry chef. Featured items include assorted cakes, pies, brownies, cereal bars, and cookies.
