The College welcomes all guests to its outdoor graduation ceremony. Tickets are not required for an outdoor ceremony.
In the event of inclement weather, an indoor graduation ceremony in the LVC Gymnasium will be necessary. Tickets will be required for admission to the LVC Gymnasium.
Lebanon Valley College will offer three tickets per graduate for use in the event of an indoor graduation. Graduating students will pick up these three tickets from the College store along with their regalia beginning April 22. The College Store is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Students who are unable to come during these hours may call the store at 717-867-6312 to make alternate arrangements.
In the event of an indoor graduation ceremony, non-ticketed overflow seating will be available in the Arnold Sports Center Arena. An audio and video feed will broadcast the ceremony in that location.
The decision to move Commencement indoors will be made no later than 5 a.m. May 10, with gymnasium doors opening at 9 a.m.
Regardless of location, the entire Commencement Ceremony will be broadcast live at www.lvc.edu/LVCtv
Special Needs Seating
Special access and seating for disabled or physically impaired persons is available and can be reserved through the Office of Graduate Studies and Continuing Education in Humanities 107 (717-867-6213; open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) beginning April 22. Graduating students will need to exchange their tickets to the indoor Commencement ceremony for special needs tickets, which will serve to admit guests to special needs seating in either the outdoor or indoor location.
Graduating students may also wish to obtain special placards for their cars for guests who need to be dropped off close to the Commencement site or for drivers who have special needs, themselves. Please see the Parking page
