In the event of inclement weather and an indoor graduation ceremony, tickets will be required for admission to the LVC Gymnasium. Lebanon Valley College will offer four tickets per graduate for use in the event of an indoor graduation. Tickets have been distributed to graduating students.
Special access and seating for disabled or physically impaired persons is available and can be reserved through the Office of Continuing Education and Graduate Studies in Humanities 107 (open Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m). Graduates will need to exchange their tickets to the indoor Commencement ceremony for special needs tickets, which will serve to admit guests to special needs seating in either the outdoor or indoor location.
In the event of an indoor graduation ceremony, non-ticketed overflow seating will be available in the Arnold Sports Center Arena. An audio and video feed will broadcast the ceremony in that location.
The decision to move Commencement indoors will be made no later than 5 a.m. May 11, with gymnasium doors opening at 9 a.m.
Regardless of location, the entire Commencement Ceremony will be broadcast live at www.lvc.edu/LVCtv
