Destination Graduation

The Office of Alumni & Parent Engagement presented Destination Graduation on Wednesday, March 11 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Mund College Center. Destination Graduation is a one-stop fair to help you prepare for your upcoming graduation.*

If you were unable to attend, please review the below information to take care of all of your graduation needs.

At Destination Graduation, you can:

  • Have your professional portrait taken 
  • Receive LinkedIn and job search tips from the Center for Career Development
  • Purchase your cap, gown, diploma frame, class ring, and graduation announcements 
  • Make a philanthropic gift to the Class of '15 Gift Drive
  • Submit information about your student activities to the alumni office
  • Verify with the Registrar's Office that you have met all degree requirements for graduation
  • Receive information for a federally-mandated exit session (if borrowing a federal loan) with the Financial Aid Office

Professional Portraits and Career Development
To assist with building your professional image, a photographer will be on site to take your portrait on March 11. Business attire is recommended. You will have instant access to your photo, along with advice from the Center for Career Development to ensure you're building a professional image, including online profiles such as LinkedIn and MeritPages. Career Development will provide tips for creating a strong headline, building a network, using the entry-level job portal, and utilizing company and alumni connections.


Undergraduate and graduate students who intend to participate in the Baccalaureate and Commencement ceremonies will wear graduation regalia including a graduation gown, mortarboard with tassel, and a hood in the color of their discipline. Orders for these items are coordinated by the College Store. Beginning Wednesday, March 11, regalia orders should be submitted online at; orders must be placed before Friday, April 3. Details regarding regalia pickup will be communicated after April 15; the items will be available for purchase until the day of Commencement. Payment will be due to the College Store upon pick-up.

Along with their regalia, students will be able to pick up Commencement tickets along with other important graduation information. Students will be asked to complete a brief survey before picking up these materials.

The College Store is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Students who are unable to come during these hours may call the store at 717-867-6313 to make alternate arrangements. Students completing the Doctor of Physical Therapy program will communicate their orders to the department chair assistant, Carol Brashear ( DPT regalia will be delivered to the College Store and available for purchase after April 22.

Diploma Frames
Diploma frames in various styles and prices are available through the College Store. Frames can be viewed and purchased in-store or online at

Announcements can be purchased online from Balfour ( On Wednesday, March 11, a representative from Balfour will be on campus to answer questions regarding announcements.

Class Rings
Class rings are available for purchase from Balfour ( On Wednesday, March 11, a representative from Balfour will be on campus to answer questions and assist with orders.

Class of 2015 Gift Drive
The Class of 2015 Gift Drive table allows members of the graduating class to show their support and gratitude for Lebanon Valley College by making a philanthropic gift to a College designation of their choosing. To make your gift today, visit

Financial Aid
Exit Counseling is being held on Tuesday, March 24 at 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in Chapel 101. This is mandated by the federal government for all federal Stafford loan borrowers so please make sure to attend one of the sessions. You do not need to register for a specific time, just make sure to attend one of the sessions. A reminder email will be sent to students closer to the date.
