The Department of Art & Art History maintains two spacious galleries for the display of student work within Lynch Memorial Hall on the LVC campus.
The Foyer Gallery, for two-dimensional work, contains a museum-quality lighting and installation system. It is a spacious and open gallery within the main entrance of the historic building. The Mezzanine Gallery, for three-dimensional work, is a dramatic space that overlooks the Academic Quad on one side and the Lynch Atrium on the other.
Both galleries are managed by Art & Art History students, further enhancing the educational and professional aspects of the degree program while providing ample opportunities for the display of student work and the development of group exhibitions.
