Life in the Real World Boot Camp

Sunday, March 23, 2014
4:30-7:30 p.m.
Mund College Center
Lebanon Valley College

Alumni and parent volunteers return to campus for a Sunday evening to connect with students and share their real world experiences. Volunteers assist session presenters by guiding students through several topics, including budgeting basics, credit scores, employee benefits, rental agreements, and more.

Alumni and parents from a variety of backgrounds, career fields, and experience levels are needed to provide class year to provide varying levels of experience and knowledge for our student participants.

In addition to providing students with an invaluable opportunity, volunteers will also:

  • Connect with fellow alumni and parents in attendance
  • Gain professional development through sharing information about your career field in a different light
  • Learn new networking tips
  • Prepare students for "real world" experiences you wish you would have known upon graduation

Click here to fill out your online registration form. One week prior to the event, you will receive additional details about the event. If you have any questions about your registration or the event, please contact Michelle Krall M'11, associate director of alumni & parent engagement, at or 717.867.6321.
