The LVC Alumni Ambassador Program provides a unique opportunity for you to serve the College and your community by encouraging prospective students to choose Lebanon Valley College. This program is a wonderful way for you to share your excitement about the College's growth and success by promoting LVC to the next generation of students.

Alumni Ambassador Opportunities

The Alumni Ambassadors program provides a variety of options and resources for volunteers to reach out to prospective students. Ambassadors can contact students through phone or e-mail, attend college fairs with admission counselors, make connections at local high schools, and promote LVC wherever possible. LVC Admission Education

Becoming familiar with college admission practices is an important part of the Alumni Ambassador Program. The alumni and admission staff will prepare you as an Ambassador to know some of the up-to-date information about the Valley as well as the college admission process.

Prospective students (and their parents and families) need clear and helpful information when searching for a college. As an Ambassador, you will have a wealth of pertinent information at your fingertips to answer the questions and concerns of the students you meet with or call. All volunteers receive admission publications and a training manual, which explains the responsibilities of ambassadors, discusses the admission process, and provides answers to the most frequently asked questions. You don't need to be an expert-- just share your LVC experience.
