Transfer to Lebanon Valley College

What We Look for Academically
Transfer students are welcome at Lebanon Valley College and may begin their studies in either the fall or spring semester. The minimum cumulative grade point average for transfer students is 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale). Credits are accepted for transfer from regionally accredited institutions provided the grades are C- or better. The coursework should be equivalent or similar to work offered at Lebanon Valley College. We value your experience and contributions to our classrooms and community.

The Application Process
Our application process is rolling. We encourage completed applications by August 1 for fall admission. Candidates interested in the spring semester, which starts mid-January, are encouraged to complete applications as soon as possible.  Prospective transfer students may contact our Transfer Counselor, Roberto Marti, at 717-867-6181 or

Transfer students may be considered for all programs at the College with the exception of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. HACC Transfer Students
There are two resources to help ease the transfer process for both full-time and part-time transfer students from Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) to Lebanon Valley College (LVC). The HACC Transfer Services web page has Curricula Checksheets (please select "Lebanon Valley College" from the drop down menu) for specific LVC majors as well as a Course Equivalency list. These documents will help you plan for transferring to LVC.

Prospective part-time students should have transcripts from other institutions sent to the Office of Continuing Education and Graduate Studies.
