Graduate Success

In recent years, more than half of the graduates of the Department of Religion and Philosophy have gone on to law school, graduate school, or theological seminary; one student even received a prestigious Fulbright research grant. Philosophy graduates have pursued post-baccalaureate study in mathematics, international education, English, literature and gender studies, environmental science, and nursing at McGill University in Canada, Cornell University, Pennsylvania College of Health Science, Widener University School of Law, Wilson College, and George Mason University. Others are teaching in Germany, serving as executive director of the York Ballet, and working as a therapeutic activities therapist.
