145th Commencement to be Held Indoors

Due to the possibility of inclement weather and in consideration of the safety of all participants, the 145th Lebanon Valley College Commencement will be held in the LVC Gymnasium in the LVC Sports Center. Doors open at 9 a.m.

The following details will ensure this special day proceeds smoothly and memorably for all of our graduating students.

Tickets
--Tickets are required for admission to the LVC Gymnasium and three tickets were distributed to each graduating student in advance of the event.
--Non-ticketed guests are welcome to attend, but will be seated in Arnold Arena adjacent to the LVC Gymnasium where a live audio/video feed will be broadcast. Alternatively, the Commencement Ceremony will be broadcast live at www.lvc.edu/LVCtv.

Shuttles/Parking
-- Shuttles will begin transporting guests from the North Campus parking lots at 8 a.m. to Arnold Sports Center and Miller Chapel.
--Shuttles will transport guests from Miller Chapel to LVC Sports Center at the conclusion of the Baccalaureate Ceremony.
--Shuttles will transport guests from LVC Sports Center to drop-off points in the parking lots at the conclusion of the Commencement Ceremony.
--Special needs guests may be dropped off at the entry to LVC Sports Center; handicap parking is available in the first four rows of parking outside LVC Sports Center.

Photography
--For the benefit of all guests, please refrain from leaving your seat in the LVC Gymnasium for photography purposes. Island Photography will make graduate photos available for purchase after the Ceremony, and many images will be available for download from the College’s flickr account (www.flickr.com/lvc1866).

Graduate Robing and Processional Line Up
--Baccalaureate robing and processional line up will be held in Mund College Center’s Main Concourse.
--Commencement robing and processional line up will be held in Arnold Arena.

Faculty Robing and Processional Line Up
--Baccalaureate robing and processional will be held in Leedy Theater.
--Commencement robing and processional line up will be held in LVC Sports Center in the hallway by the competition pool.
