Hundreds of students have already committed to The Valley and are getting to know one another via Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and conversations around #LVC2018.

New students include Samantha Watson of Valrico, Fla., a soon-to-be graduate of Bloomingdale Senior High School who plans to major in actuarial science. Cyree Ames is from Malvern, Pa., and is currently a Great Valley High School Patriot. He will be a busy member of the Class of 2018, studying business administration and hoping to play both football and basketball for the Flying Dutchmen. Patrick Holmgren of Red Lion, Pa., plans to major in physics and engineering and is looking forward to continuing his drumline involvement with the Pride of the Valley marching band this fall. Kevin Griffith of Aston, Pa., was accepted to the physical therapy program and plays guitar and piano and enjoys ultimate Frisbee, soccer, and lacrosse.

The Class of 2018 includes many athletes, musicians, photographers, artists, and binge TV watchers (there are many fans of “Sherlock”). They will be coming from as near by as Annville and as far away as Arizona.

A full class will bring LVC’s enrollment near or in excess of its highest-ever enrollment, a mark set with the 2013-2014 academic year. The College is also awarding more financial aid this year than ever before, and guarantees completion of a bachelor’s degree in four years.
