LVC Announces Spring Visit Events
11.27.12 |
Spend the winter holiday season planning your next visit to Lebanon Valley College’s Annville campus! The Office of Admission has a full schedule of opportunities to attend a group event to learn more about LVC and the admission process. For fall enrollment, applications are accepted on a rolling basis and acceptance decisions are made soon after applications are received.

The spring visit season begins February 20 with a Day at the Valley. To understand the full value of a Lebanon Valley College education, visit our classrooms. Through our Day at the Valley program, high school seniors can sit in on everything from political science and psychology lectures to chemistry and biology labs. Our professors have earned national recognition as teachers; they also earn the deep affection of their students, who gain both confidence and knowledge by working side by side with these mentors.

LVC welcomes prospective transfer students from all branches of Harrisburg Area Community College on February 22. LVC and HACC have a long tradition of partnership in helping local students complete their baccalaureate education. Learn more about admission as a full-time transfer student by clicking here.

Admission counselors from across the Northeast will converge on LVC’s campus on March 6 for the Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling (PACAC) College Fair. More than 100 schools will be represented, packing the Arnold Sports Center at this free event.

Accepted members of the LVC Class of 2017 are invited to campus on March 16 for LVC Live. This program will give students the opportunity to interact with faculty from all academic departments, mingle with current students, and learn about the many student groups available to join on campus. Accepted students should take this opportunity to see campus again and to have all remaining questions answered.

A spring open house event, LVC Discovery Day, will be held April 6. Discovery Day includes a tour of LVC’s beautiful campus, a meeting with faculty in a student’s area of interest, an admission presentation, and plenty of interaction with current LVC students. Discovery Day provides a comprehensive visit experience for prospective juniors and seniors and their families.

Finally, on April 13, Lebanon Valley College will welcome students interested in pursuing physical therapy for the PT Major Day. This program will introduce faculty and current PT students, and will outline the structure of the academic program. Campus tours will also be available. Students interested in pursuing physical therapy should attend a Major Day program, not LVC Discovery Days.

The full spring admission schedule is as follows:

February 16 – Music Audition Day
February 20 – Day at the Valley
February 22 – HACC Day

March 15 – International Culture Day (invitation only event for local high school students)
