Elaine returned to Lebanon Valley College in October 2004, after five years at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the legal education arm of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She had previously been at the College since 1989 as Director of Continuing Education.
Elaine oversees the administration of the MBA, the Master of Science Education, and the Master of Music Education as well as the program for part-time undergraduate students and non-credit programs including Community Music Institute, Summer Music Camp, Daniel Fox Youth Scholars Institute, and the Summer Book Review series. Throughout her career, Elaine has been active in professional associations and has held national leadership positions in the Association for Continuing Higher Education. She has over 30 years experience in the field of continuing education.

Susie is the support staff contact for part-time undergraduate and graduates studies. She also supports the Daniel Fox Youth Scholars Institute and the Summer Book Review Series at Cornwall Manor and Mt. Gretna. She is also an honorary member of Alpha Sigma Lambda, a national honor society for adult learners.
